and I have great news!

The great news is I found a way out of that state-of-being and into my true well-being!  I found the roadmap, and now I can show others how to find their way back to their ultimate wellness. And wellness is SO MUCH MORE than just working out. Get ready to feel good in your own skin again! 

For almost 2 decades, I have been a wellness coach in Los Angeles.  I am excited to share all the tools and practices I learned to help anyone who is ready and willing to find their way back to their own true well-being.
